We are part of the Genossenshaft Baseltor
The Genossenschaft Baseltor has been setting gastronomic and cultural highlights in Solothurn since 1978. It employs around 120 people, trains 15 apprentices as part of its commitment to young talent in the industry, and runs the Restaurant Hotel Baseltor (slow food near the cathedral), the Solheure Bar Restaurant Lounge (Solothurn’s meeting place right on the Aare), Restaurant Salzhaus (innovative fine dining in 300-year-old walls), the La Couronne Hotel Restaurant (4-star boutique hotel with restaurant and bar à vin), Viktor (café bar and take-out on the market square) and the event caterer HOCH3 Catering. The establishments all have autonomous management with passionate hosts and management teams. The Klosterherberge Solothurn is an exception in this respect and is affiliated to the Baseltor parent company.
